- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction
- One person or entity may not maintain multiple free accounts
## 4. Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to use the Service to:
- Generate illegal, harmful, or abusive content
- Create content that infringes on intellectual property rights
- Impersonate others or spread misinformation
- Attempt to reverse-engineer or exploit our systems
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Generate content depicting minors in inappropriate contexts
- Create malware, spam, or phishing content
## 5. Credits and Billing
- Credits are the currency used to access AI features
- Purchased credits are non-refundable except as outlined in our Refund Policy
- Subscription credits may expire according to your plan terms
- We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice
- All prices are in the currency specified at checkout
## 6. Intellectual Property
- **Your Content**: You retain ownership of content you create using our Service
- **Generated Content**: You receive a license to use AI-generated content for personal or commercial purposes, subject to applicable AI provider terms
- **Our Platform**: Zubnet and its underlying technology remain our exclusive property
## 7. Service Availability
- We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service
- We may perform maintenance with reasonable notice when possible
- AI services depend on third-party providers and may occasionally be unavailable
- We are not liable for losses due to service interruptions
## 8. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:
- Our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- We provide the Service "as is" without warranties of merchantability or fitness

You agree to indemnify and hold Zubnet harmless from any claims arising from:
